PC TAG Day 3

Chemistry - Students found out how magical chemistry can be as Dr. Michels performed his "Rainbow Connection". Students then created their own rainbows using switches and ordinary household liquids.  In Advanced Chemistry students continued to learn about finding volume.  They used their knowledge to determine the volume of a golf ball!

Going Green - Students recycled plastic bags to create reusable shopping bags. By using the iron to fuse layers of plastic bags together, students are able to make a heavy duty bag with no sewing.

Art - Students created an abstract drawing without looking!  Tents were formed over their paper and Mrs. Flaten gave them directions of what to draw.  In the end, they had created an abstract drawing that they will embellish over the next few days.

Shakespeare - Students continue to read through their scenes and practice their improvisations.  Taping will be tomorrow!
