RIVERSIDE SPECIAL OLYMPICS PARTICIPATE AT IWCC

The Special Olympic Athletes Participated in the Southwest Iowa Track and Field Competition on April 17. After an hour long rain delay the sun came out and the competition began. The results of our efforts were as follows Andrew Stump received a 1st place in the Turbo Jav and a 3rd place in the 100 meter dash, Baylor Swenson received a 2nd place in the Turbo Jav and 2nd place in the 50 meter dash, Hailey LeMaster received a 1st place in the 50 meter dash and 2nd place in the Softball Throw. Congratulations to all of them their efforts. Andrew and Hailey will represent Riverside at the Special Olympic State Games on May 18. Good Luck at State!
