Start of a New School Year

Riverside's registration for the new school year was held on July 31st and August 1st. Many parents and students were present.
Over the last two weeks many people worked behind the scenes to make sure everything is ready for the start of the school year. New teachers started working on Friday, August 10th. The rest of the teachers are back on Tuesday, August 14th, although many have been seen at school getting their rooms ready for the big day. School starts on Wednesday, August 15th. Open House will be held on Tuesday, August 14th. The schedule for Open House is as follows:
4:30 to 5:30 - Elementary
5:00 to 6:00 -Middle School
5:30 to 6:30 - High School
Freshmen laptop orientation will be on Tuesday, August 14th, starting at 6:00 in the high school auditorium.
School will be dismissed at 2:30 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
