“U.S.News & World Report—in collaboration with School Evaluation Services, a K-12 education and data research and analysis business that provides parents with education data—analyzed academic and enrollment data from more than 21,000 public high schools to find the very best across the country. These top schools were placed into gold, silver, bronze, or honorable mention categories.” This is a quote from the U.S. News and World Report website. Once again Riverside High School Received the bronze award from this unbiased review of over 21,000 high schools across the state. Forty-four other high schools in Iowa received a similar award, and three high schools received the silver award. No high school in Iowa received the gold award.
Riverside High School is proud to receive this award for the second time. Just two years ago the high school was awarded the bronze award for the first time. No other school in Pottawattamie County received this recognition this year. The article below explains how these schools were selected for this award. It was reprinted from the U.S. News and World Report website. We congratulate our students and staff for receiving this national recognition.
