NEW!! Due to the amount of Vaccine doses available today--Pott County Public Health has determined that they will now not expand the age for vaccination.

They will return in three weeks and then will open to 12-15 year old's.

Sorry for any Confusion!!

Those students between the age of 16-18 years of age will need a signed consent form from their parents. Pfizer will be the vaccination available on that day.

For more information please contact the school (712-482-6464).  Consent Forms and Pfizer Information sheets are available and will be distributed at the school to students.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • If an underage student has the permission slip signed, are parents required to be present?  No parents will need to be present as long as the 12 year old and above have a signed slip they will receive a vaccination.

  • Are there any circumstances that would prevent a student from receiving the vaccine? (i.e. recent exposure, previous COVID-19 diagnosis, etc?) Anyone currently quarantining should continue to do so.  Recent vaccines (within 14 days) they will not be able to get a shot until 14 days.  People who have had COVID-19 as long as they are done with isolation they can get a shot.
