Today we hosted our first annual "I Applied!" event at Riverside High School. Seniors had an opportunity to take time during the school day with adult support available to work on:
- Applications for 2 year colleges, 4 year colleges, and trade schools
- Researching and reaching out to apprenticeships
- Communicating with military recruiters
- Job applications
- Resumes and Cover Letters
- Scholarships
- and so much more!
We kept an overall tally for every task completed thus far... As of today, these seniors have collectively taken 46 steps towards their future! The future is certainly looking bright for the Class of 2025! 💙💛
