Reminder: At its July meeting, the Riverside Board of Education approved the official Facility Usage Agreement, which is required for outside organizations to host a for-profit event at our in a district facility.
In addition to the usage agreement form, organizations will need to provide proof of insurance before the board meeting before the event. Fees for facility usage can be found at this site: https://tinyurl.com/249gxhzc
All requests must be approved by the Board of Education. Our board meets on the third Monday of every month, so please plan ahead!
