We would like to invite community members to join us on March 30 for in-person focus groups facilitated by HYA.

We know that strong school districts are built on strong community involvement. This is a wonderful opportunity for our local leaders, volunteers, and families to share their perspectives on our search for the next Superintendent.

Our 2nd grade students are learning how to hold drumsticks correctly, follow rhythm patterns, and stay on beat. These bucket drummers are strengthening focus, coordination, and teamwork with every tap! 🎶

Family literacy night at OES was so much fun with LOTS of Bingos and literacy skills. #WeRRiverside

PK-2 Literacy Night is tonight at OES from 5:30-6:30! Learn about how your student is learning to read while playing BINGO as a family. There are BINGO prizes and Door Prizes! Join us for some good green fun!

Our 4th-8th Grade Youth Volleyball Camp sign-ups are now open! Sign-up with the camp form for the grade your athlete will be entering next year. Please return the completed form and payment to Coach Brooke Flathers by May 15th!

HYA uses the results of this survey to work with your Board to build a Profile of the desired characteristics to look for in our next Superintendent. It's Pi Day, and we're marking the occasion at Riverside CSD! 🥧

Pi is a remarkable number—infinite, non-repeating, and essential to mathematics and science. From calculating the area of a circle to solving complex engineering problems, it’s a constant our students will use throughout their academic careers!

Each year we are required to post a statement containing the total property tax levy of the district for the upcoming budget year along with comparisons to last year. Questions should be directed to Dan Rold, the Riverside SBO, danrold@riverside.k12.ia.us
