CKH encourages student connectedness at home, in school, and within the community. The program provides families with ideas and activities to help them grow a child’s character. Mr. Johannsen has been there for both of Tavens breaks at school. He sat and held this broken leg for 45 minutes while they waited for me to get to school and the ambulance crew to get him loaded up and to the hospital. He just has always been in the right place to help take care of Taven. He has also been a great influence on Taven. One of the pictures of them is after a rough day wrestling for Taven sometimes saying nothing at all just being there is the best coaching.
The Moore family definitely appreciates all he has done for our kids.

Kick Off to College Night
I have know Mr. Crum since he did his student teaching here at Riverside. I got to know him more at the elementary while he was one of the third grade teachers. Since becoming a principal, he still has a great love of teaching, learning, and the students love seeing him in the halls and classrooms. He is a down to earth, easy to talk to, and gets along with everyone. The students look up to him as well. Thank you for helping us through your first few years as a principal, keep up the great work!!!
