STUCO Staff Spotlight!
The first staff member we (STUCO) would like to honor this week is Mrs. Kallsen. Mrs. Kallsen cares about and supports all of her students. She is always willing to help students, and makes time to talk to kids in the hallway. Mrs. Kallsen has amazing classroom management, but is also always up for fun. She has a kind heart, works hard, and she is always willing to help others.
The next staff member to recognize is Mrs. Bentley. She is always willing to help students, and she has been a great addition to the Riverside staff. Mrs. Bentley is doing a great job coaching the JH volleyball girls. She is very kind to everyone in the hallway, and we are really glad to have her here this year!

September MS/HS Top Dawgs (with nominators comments)!
Lexi Althiser - Lexi is a focused student. She gets her work done, adds to discussion, and is kind to everyone.
Madison Baldwin (not pictured) - Madison is an amazing student! She gives every task 100% and does a fabulous job. She never quits and is always helpful.
Austyn Fisher - Austyn goes above and beyond as the football manager! It is awesome to watch him work during the games! Fixing helmets in record time, allowing players to use his sweatshirt as a sweat towel, and always being right where he needs to be! He is a true example of an Awesome Bulldog!!!!!
Rylee Zimmerman - Rylee is a very genuine and courteous person who isn't afraid of hard work.
Owen Kinney - Owen has been working very hard in science while learning a hard topic!

Teacher Spotlights (STUCO nominated and selected)
Mr. Dorr is the first staff member we would like to recognize this week. He is friendly and always willing to talk with students. Mr. Dorr cares about showing his students the right way to do things in the classroom and in life. Mr. Dorr and his classes work hard to learn and have also completed projects that benefit the school, such as the baseball and softball field sheds. He always says good morning to everyone, and he is passionate about what he teaches.
The next staff member that we would like to recognize is Mrs. Hackett. She is a hard worker, friendly, and kind. She helps to keep things organized and us students in line during lunch. She is a great lunch lady, greets us with a smile, and she even throws in a good joke with us while we are waiting in line from time to time.

Congrats to our Junior High Student Council on nomination and selection for this week's Bulldogs of the Week. MS STUCO spent last week raising money for Relay for Life through various projects. Great job JH STUCO!
