All high school students will have the opportunity to give back to our Riverside Communities by earning community service hours starting this summer. Students can earn honor cords at graduation based on the number of hours they volunteered throughout their high school career. Clarification on Open Enrollment: If your child has already previously been approved for Open Enrollment to Riverside, you do not need to do anything further. The message that went out yesterday is for new students who plan to open enroll in or Kindergarten students. To open enroll into Riverside, you will need to start the process at your home district with paperwork.

⚠️ The open enrollment deadline is back in place due to recent legislative changes.
Open enrollment is for families who live outside of RCSD but want to enroll their students in RCSD.
For the 2024-25 school year, the deadline is July 1, 2024. For the 2025-26 school year, the deadline is March 1, 2025.
