Riverside families can download the Safe + Sound Iowa app, which allows them to report information to a live person, 24 hours a day.
This tool is a free service allowing students, families, staff, and community members to anonymously report school safety-related concerns. Trained dispatchers monitor reports made through Safe + Sound Iowa and immediately engage in two-way communication with those raising concerns to ensure the information is vetted.
In addition to the app, which is available through Google Play or the App Store, community members can make an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-224-6018.
