There is a sophomore parent meeting for those interested in the Pottawattamie Promise and CEV Scholarships. This meeting will be tonight (2/2/22) at 7:00 pm in the auditorium at Riverside MS/HS.

Riverside hosts IHSAA Class 1A, Sectional 12 this Saturday at Noon. All tickets must be purchased online . There will be NO ticket sales at the door. Tickets can be purchased at the following link:

Senior/parent recognition will happen between varsity girls/boys game.
Youth girls recognition will be during halftime of girls game.
Youth boys recognition will be during halftime of the boys game.

State Girls Wrestling Update
Amazing wrestling all day from the Bulldog girl wrestlers. Carly Henderson survives to wrestle tomorrow in hopes of a medal. Wrestling starts at 10:00 am.

Riverside girls wrestling starts state tournament with 3 pins!!!

On 1/21/22 the varsity basketball coaches, players and myself are hosting a Coaches vs Cancer event during the home basketball game. This is a fundraiser through the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life. All proceeds will go directly to the Pottawattamie County Relay for Life and help local people. We will be having half-time games & a silent auction to raise funds. We will also take the time that evening to recognize fans, family, teachers, community members, etc that have fought or are currently fighting cancer. We would LOVE to have a full house this evening at the game!! We have some great items up for bidding in the silent auction, too! Bring your kids, bring your wallets, and your generosity and help us have a successful event!
(other WIC schools host the same event and they are very successful......let's outdo them!)

Congrats to Mika S, Emma G, Grady J, Lydia E, Paxtyn M, Keaten R, Kyler R, Abe S, Madeleine S, Carly H, Lili M, Madi B, Veronica S, and Hannah L for being December Top Dawgs! These students also successfully earned a 4.0 in their high school classes this past semester. Great work all, and keep doing awesome work in the classroom!

Riverside is hosting a Coaches vs Cancer event at the basketball game on 1/21/2022. This is event is ran through the Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society. We will be hosting a silent auction and games to help raise funds.
