Staff Spotlight time! Here are the nominees from Student Council!
Mr. Chapin is always happy and cheerful. He is helpful both in school and in activities to everyone. He always says hello and is friendly to all. Mr. Chapin is a great teacher. He cares about his students and is always someone to go to if someone needs something!
Mr. Chris Conover is a nice person. He knows how to make someone smile even on a bad day. He is helpful, does a lot to help, and is always smiling in the halls.

Madi B (not pictured), Lili M, and Kia M were students from Riverside High School who were named to the Presidential Honor Roll today for IWCC. They also serve as our Bulldogs of the week. Great work ladies, keep up the excellent work.

The HS Student Council spent time with both the morning and afternoon preschool classes today reading books! Such a fun day for all ages!

On Saturday, January 21st, Riverside students competed in Large Group Speech district competition. The following duos performed Ensemble Acting pieces: Kim Smith and Holly Hering; Allyee Pierson and Autumn Bennett; and Yezabella Terwilliger and Yasari Diaz. Jayden Bates and Markely Yanes performed in Radio Broadcasting and Emily McDaniel brought a Short Film. The duos moving on to State competition are Kim Smith and Holly Hering and Allyee Pierson and Autumn Bennett. Congratulations to all of our competitors!


Riverside JH Bulldog of the week is Meadow D. Her nominator said, "Meadow has worked really hard in class these last couple weeks. She is a great student and cares about her work." Keep up the great work Meadow.
