Jackie Moore applied and received the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Grant for the Carson building for the 24-25 school year! The FFVP provides all enrolled children in participating schools with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the school day, outside of meal service times. Great job, Jackie!

Annie Brooke was recently named Southwest Districts Outstanding Young Member by her peers in Ag education. This award is seen "As a means to encourage young teachers to remain in the profession and to encourage and recognize participation in professional activities, the District Outstanding Young Member Awards program was established. The award highlights those who have strove to be an effective teacher in the first part of their teaching career and to reward them for their hard work. IAAE members who have completed at least one year but not more than three years of teaching are eligible to apply for this award."
